The main task of the association is to adapt the activities of companies to the needs of the state and society during the war, during the period of reconstruction and moral and psychological recovery. TGH (Tavria Games Holding) included CEOs and top managers who are associated with work within the structure of Tavria Games and TAVR Media or in companies derived from them. Currently, TGH unites companies that work in such areas as media and the event industry. A special area of activity of TGH is the initiation and implementation of social projects.
The founder and head of TGH is Mykola Bagrayev - a Ukrainian businessman in the fields of media and show business, public figure. He is known as the founder of the international festival "Tavria Games", the all-Ukrainian charitable children's festival "Chernomorki Games", the TAVR Media radio group. Bagrayev is also the founder of a group of companies that represent music TV channels M1, M2 on the media market of Ukraine; co-founder of TicketsBox which is a ticket operator, owner of outdoor advertising company RTM-Ukraine, co-owner of technical company Profi Group.
He has extensive experience in public and political activities. In 2000-2002, he worked as a member of the National Council for Television and Radio Broadcasting of Ukraine.
